- Message content: the contents of chats, text messages, emails, and calls between you and us.
- Account information: if you use the Botbuilds platform at app.botbuilds.com, the information you enter there is covered by this policy and by the terms you accept when signing in.
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider and chat widget for security and reliability.
How we use your information

Text messaging and mobile information
If you provide your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can request help by replying HELP or emailing team@botbuilds.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our messaging and CRM platform, our email provider, and our hosting provider. We share only what they need to deliver the service. These providers are bound to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing.

Your customers' data
If you run agents on Botbuilds, conversations between your agents and your own customers pass through our systems so we can deliver the service. That data belongs to you. We process it on your instructions, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your customers.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the services you asked about and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. Records of your SMS consent and any opt-out are retained for compliance purposes even after you opt out.
Your choices and rights
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email team@botbuilds.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to know what we hold and to ask us to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
