These terms govern your use of botbuilds.com and any messaging with Assistable Machine Learning Inc ("Botbuilds", "we", "us", "our"). Use of the Botbuilds platform at app.botbuilds.com is also covered by the terms you accept when you sign in. By using this site or messaging us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Use of this site
This site is provided for general information. You may not use it to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to send unsolicited commercial messages. Content on this site is ours and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account. If you build agents on Botbuilds, you are responsible for what those agents say and do on your behalf, and for having the consent you need from the people they contact.
SMS messaging terms
These terms apply to the text messaging program operated by Assistable Machine Learning Inc.
- Program description. We send text messages about your enquiry, your account, appointment and booking details, customer support, and, where you have agreed to it, occasional information about our services.
- How you opt in. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages: through the chat widget on this site, by texting us first, or by giving consent during a phone call. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email team@botbuilds.com, for assistance.
- Supported carriers. Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Changing your number. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us so we don't message someone who never consented.
- Privacy. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
